... Experiment ... The first series in this subcategory is comprised of pieces done in mixed digital and analogue form, and it is generally called “Talking About”. The bases for the graphics are small sketches done mostly during phone conversations and collected over the years or in recent times. Mainly, this work tends to explore the subconscious while the conscience is being occupied by other tasks. Many of the pieces reflect the general atmosphere of the conversation. Later, the sketches are digitally manipulated in terms of size only, with the intent of preserving the actual drawings untouched. This provides for closer look of the lines in order to better sense the feelings during conversations. In further enhancement, the colors and textures are added concisely matching the general atmosphere of the base drawing and the topic of the conversation.
